It takes a team of talented and dedicated people to complete our projects. We are proud to have a team that is willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

If you ask Alfonso Attanasio how he, after leaving Italy at age 17 with no English, was able to make a good life here in Canada, he’d tell you that he always understood that it was possible with hard work. By age 19, after having worked for a painting contractor for 2 years, he became partner.

In 1970, Alfonso started Regal Painting, his own business, employing many workers across British Columbia. Through his work in the industry, he gained invaluable knowledge of construction and a list of clients who believed in Alfonso’s vision and ability to deliver complete projects. By 1992, Alfonso incorporated Seaforth Construction Ltd.

Since then, Alfonso has developed a business structure based on a passion for truth and integrity, as those who have worked with him can attest.

In the mid-90s, his son David came aboard. He rapidly endorsed the construction with the same passion. After taking an active role in company management, today David assumes most of the responsibilities for Seaforth Construction… so Alfonso can step back to take a breather.
